• Front and rear escorts: Negotiable*
• High-pole escorts: Negotiable*
• Downtime: Downtime in excess of 2 hours will be billed at $25.00 per hour.
• Layovers: Layovers-with-load will be billed at $150.00 per day plus overnight charge
• Overnight charges: $75.00 per night or actual cost of motel over $60.00
• Deadhead miles: $0.75 per mile if distance driven is greater than miles with load over 100 miles
• Unused escort: Escort not used after dispatched, or no-go situations will be billed at $200.00
• Mini-run: 150 miles or fewer will be billed at $175.00
